Work With Us: From Idea to Mass Production in 7 Transparent Steps
Successful precision manufacturing projects begin with clear, precise requirement definitions. We have standardized the entire project execution process into 7 rigorous steps, so every phase stays transparent and controllable.
DFM evaluation first, metrology-grade verification, transparent quoting, strict quality control and full-lifecycle after-sales — one partner for the whole journey from prototype to mass production.
Seven Steps, One Clear Path to Mass Production
From requirement definition to after-sales service, every step follows a written standard, so you always know where your project stands.
Define Requirements
Drawings, samples or a concept — we define the scope together.
DFM Evaluation
In-depth design-for-manufacturability analysis before tooling.
Quoting
Transparent mold and unit-price quotes with flexible models.
Mold Manufacturing
CNC, heat treatment, EDM and assembly under strict SOP.
T1 Trial & Samples
Scientific molding and full-dimensional FAI inspection.
Mass Production
Locked parameters, AQL quality control and on-time delivery.
After-Sales
Lifetime mold files, maintenance and 24-hour support.
Step 01 · RequirementsThree Ways to Start Your Project
Every successful project begins with clear requirements. Depending on what you already have, we provide three standardized collaboration scenarios — each with its own process, forms and quality standards.
You Have 2D/3D Drawings
Our engineering team performs an in-depth DFM evaluation and issues a professional assessment report with mold structure recommendations, tolerance analysis and risk points.
You Have Physical Samples
We generate 3D drawings through high-precision scanning (reverse engineering), then optimize the design so the restored data matches your sample precisely.
You Only Have a Concept
For ideas with technical barriers and stable mass production potential, we co-create development in phased stages from concept to mold-ready drawings.
Step 02 · DFM EvaluationNot Just Mold Design — a Feasibility Preview for Mass Production
Traditional mold makers often rely on experience and guesswork, causing sink marks, flash and dimensional deviations during trial production. We don't rush to start work — we clear the mines for you first.
Multi-Round Interactive Confirmation
Parting line, gate position, ejection method — every detail is aligned and confirmed by both parties.
Metrology-Grade Feasibility Analysis
Moldflow and tolerance stack-up analysis predict shrinkage and warping before steel is cut.
Scalability Assessment
Mold life estimation, cavity count optimization and automation interfaces for future 500,000-unit runs.
Mass Production Insurance
Zero surprises, better cost and faster time-to-market — get it right the first time.
Four Manufacturing Paths, One Transparent Quote
Not sure how much to invest before market validation? We provide tiered manufacturing solutions that match your project stage — no one-size-fits-all quoting.
Production Mold
Hardened steel, up to millions of cycles. Lowest per-piece cost with automated injection molding.
Best for: stable volume of tens of thousands+ units/yearRapid 3D Printing
Delivery in as fast as 24 hours at extremely low cost. Perfect for early design iteration and stack-up checks.
Best for: appearance & internal space verificationPrecision Machining
Real engineering plastics or metals with high dimensional precision for reliable functional data.
Best for: functional & harsh-environment testingRapid Injection Mold
Pre-hardened soft steel with lead time as fast as 1 week. Real injection-molded samples at low cost.
Best for: runner validation & small-batch trial sales
Clear Commercial TermsTransparent Quoting & Payment
Mold quotes and mass production unit prices are listed separately, with every cost item visible. No hidden charges — special surface treatments or secondary operations are always itemized.
Precision Mold Manufacturing, Executed by SOP
Our engineering and manufacturing team transforms the approved design into a high-precision physical mold, with weekly progress reports so you always know where your project stands.

Step 05 · T1 Trial & SamplesThe Critical Leap from Mold to Product, Validated by Real Data
A new mold is like a freshly assembled race car — it must be tested and tuned before hitting the road. T1 trial is the golden window to validate mold design, material performance and molding process.
Scientific Molding
Temperature, pressure and speed tuned per material and documented for a stable process window.
Full-Dimensional FAI
CMM and precision instrument inspection with every tolerance clearly reported.
Appearance & Assembly
Sink marks, flash, weld lines and actual assembly fit checked against your standards.
From Approved Sample to Batch Delivery, with Stable Quality
Sample confirmation is just the beginning. Scientific capacity planning, rigorous process control and transparent logistics keep every batch identical to your approved sample.
Lock Process, Replicate Standard
Approved parameters are locked and your signed sample becomes the highest line inspection standard.
Production Progress Visualization
Regular updates from raw material receipt to molding, post-processing and packaging.
OQC per AQL Standards
Final outgoing quality control with an inspection report — no defective parts leave the factory.
Safe Packaging & Tracking
Customized anti-collision packaging with full-way logistics tracking to your door.

Step 07 · After-SalesDelivery Is Not the End — It's the Start of Long-Term Win-Win
We don't just deliver quality products. We provide full-lifecycle mold management and after-sales assurance, so you always have a worry-free supply chain partner.
Lifetime Mold File Management
Drawings, electrode data, process sheets and trial reports are archived permanently for fast reordering and maintenance.
Professional Maintenance & Upkeep
Regular cleaning, rust prevention and maintenance keep stored molds in optimal standby condition.
24-Hour After-Sales Response
Any abnormality found in use or assembly is answered within 24 hours with professional analysis and solutions.
Common Questions About Working With Us
How long until we receive DFM feedback after sending drawings?
Within 2-3 business days after receiving complete drawings and technical requirements, we deliver a detailed DFM report covering mold structure recommendations, tolerance analysis and potential risk points.
What precision can reverse engineering achieve?
Our industrial-grade 3D scanner reaches 0.005mm precision. Combined with manual refinement, overall data restoration accuracy is typically within ±0.02mm.
Why are rapid molds so much cheaper than production molds?
Rapid molds use aluminum or pre-hardened steel — easier machining and lead times as fast as 1 week, suitable for thousands of cycles. Production molds use heat-treated hardened steel (H13, S136) for stable runs of over a million cycles.
Do we pay the balance if T1 samples fail?
No. Payment terms are set as balance after T1 samples are confirmed qualified. If samples fail due to our mold design or manufacturing, we modify the mold free of charge until samples meet standards.
What is the typical mass production lead time?
Standard injection molding orders typically require 2-4 weeks after approved sample and deposit confirmation, subject to order quantity, process complexity and factory scheduling.
What if we find quality issues after receiving goods?
Please provide photo feedback within 7 business days of receipt. Once verified as our responsibility, we will unconditionally arrange replacement production or refund.
